Its just more stable servers thats it. BUT, you have to have it to run on a 1.41 server.

AFAIK they never released an incremental 1.4 to 1.41 patch

Therefore no servers are running it.

Ahh I was playing last night on 1.41/Ea said that its a patch to make servers more stable.
