That is a damn good price, but I am out scoring the FX-55 in benchmarks with my 3800+ at the same speed. Plus it's $30 bucks cheaper.

Thats a good price I just bought one And it will do 3.0 on air. Id go with an x2 instead of the 57 or 60 they are faster.

Dont buy that, its a clawhammer. Very outdated tech and wont OC very well.

You are best off getting an X2 at that price point.

if you have the extra cash i would get an Athlon FX 57 but thats like 380 bucks ,the fx 57 does overclock pretty good with decent cooling, ive seen reports that say they have reached 4.18Ghz

Hmmm when will the 57 and 60s come down this low :)

When they do get this low its time to upgrade again to dual or quad core. I really would suggest saving your coins and go with a dual core you will be glad you did later on.
