ok i would go with this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16813131006) one then, according to intels site it supports your chip...here (http://www.intel.com/cd/channel/reseller/asmo-na/eng/products/desktop/processor/processors/pentium-4/tech/216414.htm) is the list of supported motherboard from intel

Can you play around with the LED connectors on the mobo while the computer is still on? ;)

It's a great board but... if you want to upgrade to a Core2 at a later date - don't get that board. Go for one of the 975 boards (intel Bad Axe or ASUS) that supports Core2 - they also support just about every Intel LGA775 chip ever made, including yours.
get this....

make sure it does support future intel775 processors aswell, like conroe. Intels chip coming out in the second half of 2007, "Penryn" should be compatable with boards that support conroes... you will want one of theses in the future. :)
I'm real happy with my Intel "bad axe" D975XBX -- it's the second one I've used with no problem. It'll put a nice dent in that $400 budget. Get it from Newegg:
