While trying to play sim city 4, about 15 minutes into the game my graphics starts to get really jumpy. animations start to go really fast and the game flat out gets choppy. I've tried turning most of my settings down and this doesnt help it. my card regularly hits 70-72 degrees celcius while playing another game, but in other games (namely world of warcraft) I do not get this decrease in performance. is this my videocard's fault, IE overheating, or is it my dual core processor? (3800+x2s939). thanks in advance.
