Hey, I just downloaded and ran TPU Bench, computer locked up. Rebooted, tried it again, same thing

What am I doing wrong?

BTW, Newest version of ATI Tool does the same thing, Version 0.26, I have Version 0.24 and don't have any problems???

I don't use it myself so I probably won't be able to help but it would be useful if you posted your system specs. Are you overclocking your PC at all? Does it crash as soon as you load it or whilst it's running?

Here are my system specs

Intel 3.06 ghz P4 OC to 3.3 ghz, Abit IC7-G Max II Advance, Thermal Right XP-90, Thermal Right NB-1A, Lian Li PC-65, 1gb Kingston Hyper X PC2700, ATI Radeon X850 Pro, Maxtor 120gb & 20gb HDD, Sony DVD Rom & DVD Burner, Sony FDD, Creative Audigy 2 Platinum, Lian Li Card Reader, Custom 4 Channel Diobus Fan Controller, Custom 6 Switch Bus, 6 80mm UV Reactive Fans, 10 UV CCFL. Running Windows XP Pro w/Service Pack 2.

It crashes as soon as I try to run the program. Same with ATI Tool 0.26

Perhaps you have it overclocked too high, see if it does the same thing at stock.

I was reading in another thread about someone who had this problem when ATI Tool was overclocking his card, I don't have mine overclocked, but I thought maybe ATI Tool and TPU Bench did not play well together so I exited ATI Tool and now TPU Bench will run just fine. Any ideas about this, I like having ATI Tool running so I can monitor GPU temps with Motherboard Monitor.
