Specs:
AMD 64 3500 @ 2.5ghz, x800pro with unlocked pipelines from 12 to 16 overclocked to 540/540, 1024mb ram pc3200 (generic), gigabyte k8ns-939 ultra, 120gig ide western digital caviar, ultra 500w psu, Thermaltake venus 12 heatsink, x8 dvd/cd burner (pioneer) Thermaltake Xaser V case, 5 Thermaltake smartfans, and a mexus fan controler (4 channel).

Mods:
Dremeled holes in the motherboard tray to help hide wires, painted inside case black, painted fan blades, hard drive racks, and fan mounts uv orange, cut out side fan plastic to improve visibility (didnt work out to well because case grill covers it), modified 3.5" bays to fit in 5.25", modified a uv car neon to put in bottom of case, cut out fan grills on case, used uv reactive highlighter on pci slots and ram slots organized case for fewest visible wires as possible, modified the ultra psu with a thermaltake smartfan, spray painted a half life 2 logo with orange uv reactive paint on right side of case.

This is my older system, i wanted to post my case mods and im not yet finished with my newest rig, thats why the system specs arnt "flashy". I need to get a new fan controller because the one i had (Mexus) burned out. also i need to get a sata drive because the ide i have now is very sensitive to the fsb and wont let me oc

thanks, it took me alot of time to fully mod it, one thing i must say that makes me mad is that this is a case mod thread, not a computer specs thread. i may not be a moderator, but please dont give high scores to those with too much money.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but this is 'case gallery' and not 'Cases, Modding, & Electronics' or 'Project Logs' it says 'want to show off your work?' work can be interpreted as modding or just building a rig

btw nice mods

I LIke your system alot. Its very clean (wires) and the uv reactions go well with your case! Is the x800 agp or pcix? Anyway nice job! 7/10

Your "Old" System probably looks better than your new system.

It's a case mod gallery. It's innitial intention was to show of people's case mods, but most of the time people just post stock cases now.

may say that but most of us have always posted what we thought looked good.it dont really have to be a mod to go on here.even the moderators dont care. but i can see where you are coming from.

yeah i understand that it more of a case posting thread, but it make me mad when others recieve high scores when they havent done any mods, let alone any decent wiring. they just recieve high scores because they have expensive specs... o well those expensive spece will be outdated in about a month or so anyways....
