i'm confused? is that link to the card that you bought? or is it to just a random card? because i don't see that it has the ICEQ cooler on it....looks to be the stock ati cooler to me...see the ATI logo on the fan...

The cooler will be good, just buy the card if its at a price that you like lol. That model may not be the iceq but its one of the few 1950pros that have the vrms properly cooled.

not sure if this is really true...but it seems like when new ati cards are released that HiS goes with the stock ati set at first...then after a short period of time they release with their cooler...and i believe that cooler is nothing more then an Arctic cooler with UV sensitive parts...that fan on the iceq doesn't lite if i remember right...

again i could be wrong about how HiS releases their cards with the better cooling, but it does seem to me thats how they have done it the last few years....

if cooling becomes an issue then i would suggest a good Zalman cooler...those have always worked the best for me, but they blow the heat from all around the case, not out of the case like the Arctic Coolers do...

Did you want the PCI-e or the AGP version? It looks like you got the PCI-e version as the AGP is the one with the IceQ on it, AFAIK.

Also, the AGP version isn't supposed to be out for another couple of weeks and it's been rumored to go for $370.00 in the states.

Pretty much every HIS card has an ICEQ or ICEQ3 version.
