Whats with this card, single dvi connector single slot cheesy cooler, but it says it has 16(48) pipes(vertex), looks more like a x1650 IMO:confused: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814153035 it has the 16(48) pipe/vertex according to its manufacturer page http://www.jetwaycomputer.com/spec/X19PR-ED-256_512M.pdf and the price 229 is definately competitive and it has the internal CF bridge links.

yeah its a weird looking card, jetway does that at times tho, the cooler looks a bit small o.O
but again jetway does do weird things, and alot of people have complained about 2 dv and using converters to plugin their crt's this solves that problem!!!

it seems to have the extra shaders but compromises on it speed maybe that is the way they made it

Thats got to be an error, the X1950Pro with the RV570 core has 12pipelines (36 vertex shaders). And its a 80nm core, not 90nm. Confused.

AMD released design kits for X1950XT and X1950Pro sometime ago, meaning partners can go about and build their cards the way they want and not use AMD reference design.
The whole point in this is that a custom design card is cheaper to build. ;)
The Jetway X1950Pro has no digital VRM which is good. The chip used for the digital VRM on reference design of X1950Pro sucks...

what im wondering is does it have the 16/48(r580) layout or is that an error in its specs?
like mikek75 pointed out rv570's are 12/36, yet i believe older cores like r580 cant do the newer (internal bridge) crossfire.
I also highly doubt ati are going to release a custom design for jetway alone, or if it is a new core, that jetway would be first out of the door with it
as for direct x10, it does say shader model 3 still, which is at least a bit better than when manufacturers advertised the x800 series as directx9c compatible, without mentioning it was only sm2 compatible
finally i think if it was a r580, it would have significantly more power circuitry (like the red vrm heatsink on x18/1900xt(x)/xl)

I second that. :shadedshu

This is obviously a mistake but the public would of course know of another DX10 card right away and this is in no way it.
edit:Seems like they have changed it on newegg yet its still a 16 pipe and 48 shader card. Which techincally would make it a 1900XT or 1950XT

But Jetway manufacturer page link at least verifies that it has 16(48) pipes, so maybe it is that way. I was focusing on getting the Diamond x1950 pro card cause the stock copper single slot cooler looks well designed but if the Jetway really has 16p maybe thats the one i will get.

Yes it is an X1950 PRO The Voltage regs and stuff are concealed. The card is the correct length.
