Dry it off real good, with warm air and try the card in another computer if you can, look for bad/loose traces or 'blown' parts in the card. The chances are 50/50 that it is blown.

Yup, dry it good with hot air (at least 1 hour or 2) and then give it another try.
Before you start drying it remove all sinks from it.

happened to me once spilled soda near my cpu luckily it was off later that day wouldn't boot turned out soda got under the heasink of my gfx card next to the ram wiped it off with windex worked fine and does to this day
if it was due to a cracked water block leaky pump or resivor you can make the manufacturer pay for the damage since that stuff isn't supposed to break or leak now bad connections on your part well your on your own there

Take the heat sink off. Go to your dishwasher and put it in it. DO NOT PUT SOAP IN IT. Run it with hot water 3 times do not dry in the dishwasher instead pull it out and let it set for a week. Then install the heatsink back on it and try it again.

Ok well i went to fry's and the said the contacts are burnt out and the cards no good anymore. So i cleaned it off with windex and i am going to try it once more but after that. if my card is screwed what should i get to replace it. my max budget would be $150. The games i like playing are
BF2142
CS:S
Sims 2(ha very demanding graphic game)
Call Of duty 2.

If you can find one, X1800 GTO's are cheap these days. If not, I'd spend a little more and grab a x1900 GT, they are about 160 or so on Newegg.

Well it has to be agp. I really don't want to go and get a new mobo. I don't think I will be able to rma the thing because when the sn and p/n got wet i went to dry them off with my air compressor and it blew the paper off and now i can't get the # i need.

PowerColor ATI Radeon X1950 Pro (PCI-e)
GeIL 512mb x 2 DDR400 Memory (PC3200)
ASUS A8R32-MVP Deluxe (S939, DDR, CrossFire Xpress 3200)
You'll need an AMD S939 processor though.
Sorry to hear about your parts mate, I've never been to keen on Water Cooling.

ok so my card is screwed and (drop head and cry) have a old radeon 9200 in my system :(
If thermaltake dosn't replace my card it has to be an agp card. Should i wait till dx10 cards come out and get me a nice one then or should i just get a nice one now since i don't game on my pc all that much.

Just get a beater card in your system until Dx10 cards are more readaly avalable. Till then have fun trying to see what games you can get to run on that 9200! I'd just pick up a x550 with some ddr2 on it and your set.

From the pic you posted it looks like corrosion on the contacts. You might try to use a low grit sandpaper and see if you can sand the corrosion off. If you can the contacts should change to a copper color and the card might work again.

I agree with Judas, I think she is pooped out. It COULD still work, but I doubt it. I had a monitor sit out in the rain and it still worked great, but video cards are touchy.

Definatly give this a try! After you get the card out, leave it in a warm place for at least 24h, preferably a week like damulta said. Then use very fine wet/dry sandpaper on the contacts to bring them up nice and shiney. :)

i just sanded the contacts with a very fine sand paper untill the black wasn't visible anymore. Then i wiped it off with a damp cloth and let it air dry for a couple hours. And it worked!!!!

By the pics you posted it looked like corrosion on the contacts to me. I glad that was the problem and the fix was easy and fast.
