Ok, so i finally got my system running and semi-stable. But my second GPU isnt being picked up by nVidias software (i have the latest). I have a DFI Lanparty UT NF4 SLI-DR Expert motherboard, and an AMD Athlon 64 X2 4800+ dual core CPU. The second card is picked up in the hardware manager and they are linked by the chip. Is there any way to test this and or fix it?
edit: Sorry, i meant 7900 in the topic... ><

Identical means the bios have to be the same version :respect:
Try find a bios update for the cards.

Well they were bought at the exact same time, and are completely identical as far as i know i havent flashed them.
both are XFX Geforce 7900 GT/GTO (but the XFX software CD wouldnt boot so i downloaded the new nf4 software off nvidia. the dual monitor and all works fine so the software im assuming is good)

The thing is GT and GTO have different bios :banghead:
They are not the same thing.

the software displays them as GT/GTO(a single card), but they are both identical cards. And i have no clue where to find their bios. I did a search with no avail.

May be it is the mobo bios that needs an update?
nForce4 is quite old....
