I have to give some kudos to MWAVE.com
I called for RMA on Wednesday for my motherboard (still under warranty) and they gave me my confirmation # etc. Got an email yesterday (Thursday) saying they had already shipped my replacement motherboard. I never even asked them to do that. 1 day turnaround time with no processing fee, when they haven't even received my old mobo yet, is some !@#$% wild customer service.

yeah MWAVE's service blows neweggs out of the watter. ive used them both and dealt with returns at both.

Sound like they'd blow anyone out of the water. I've found NewEgg to be the best so far, but sometimes you need to coax them to waive restock fees... On one case, they even paid for return shipping, but never an x-ship.

WOW....that is outstanding service...knock on wood I have NEVER had to RMA anything but its good to hear that vendors are good about it.

MWAVE.com has their own issues BUT at least they are all better then monarch, hell i have used what look like fly by night shops off pricewatch and had better service then monarch if you dont pay for there extended warr.

Awesome RMA service, reminds me of IBM's RMA service. I Called them at 11PM one night about an optical drive that I thought failed in my IBM 42, they shipped a replacement drive overnight and recieved it by 4pm the next day....
