The total wattage of a PSU means nothing.
What matters mostly is the 12V line(s) on each PSU.
That is what powers most of your system.

Some generic/cheap PSUs that are rated at 500Ws have less amps on the 12V line than good ones rated 450W or 400W.
The reason for this is bc the Wattage of a PSU is based off of the amps on the 12V, 5V and 3V lines.

Therefore, many generic PSUs have a lot of amps of their 5V and 3V lines, which doesnt power most of your computer anymore.

Take a look at your PSU and tell us the amps on each line (It should say it on the PSU (I believe on the side so you dont have to take it out of the case) or on the box it came in.

Also, generic PSUs usually dont have undervoltage, overvoltage and other protections which can kill a computer.

+5v -34a
+3.3v -28a
+12v - 26a
-12v - 0,8 A
+5vsb - 2a
But Why Do I Have To Reconnect The Power Cable In Order To Start The Pc???

Buy a reliable power supply, that probably means that you're not getting a "power good" signal from the power supply. When I lacked a power good signal, I had to start my computer with a jumper cable, a staple, and a paper clip. Every minute you have that thing running without a "power good" signal is another minute you risk the whole thing catching fire...
