Hi everyone,
I am going to build a new system here in several months and I am looking for a good case. Here are some of the things that I like dislike, and I was hoping that some of you could provide some recommendations....
1) I will be using the computer for gaming mostly.
2) No idea whether or not I will be using intel or AMD, Nvidia or ATI
3) I want it to run cool with good airflow management....I will be attempting some overclocking in the future on this rig when I get it built
4) I will be using aftermarket cooling on the CPU (not sure which)
5) I HATE front doors.
6) I like having a clear left side so I can see the innards!
7) I want room to work (currently have a mid tower and more room would be nice)...so perhaps a full size
8) I may at one time pursue liquid cooling down the road (a long time away though).
9) The cheaper the better....LOL.....
10) I will purchase the PSU later but if the case has one ill use it as a tester or something
Thanks for all your thoughts!!!! I am anxious to see what you all think of various cases!
Regards,
:)

I know you said that you hate front doors, but so did I until I saw this case. I use it and I can vouch for it's awesomeness.

Not keen on the saggitta from raidmax JC....as far as the Eclipse 62 looks nice but only 2 fans? And it looks as though it is only a mid tower is that correct?

Gigabyte Poseidon case... using it now, you get either a side screen or window (both included) smaller than your normal window, but it works. Mid tower, all metal design, very nice case.

its a pity they nvr made the inside of the antec 900 black like the akasa eclipse.
there are lots of nice cases around but they all have crappy grey interiors.the akasa is stylish with the black interior.

I do like that one Frogger but not for the LCS version of it. I have heard from a few folks that the LCS that comes with the armor is not very good for OC'ing. thoughts?
Tigger the Eclipse looks like a very nice case but I fear that I may cram too much stuff in there and it would get too crowded.
I am going to have 2 HDD's, 2 optical drives, 1 multicard reader, fan controller possibly. I know I am going to need at least 8 USB ports for all my gaming stuff as well.

Oooooooohhhhh Daddy Like!
However on the link to newegg it just shows a fan on the side....It would be great if there were a clear side panel with integrated fan too!....but I will look into that one for sure!

I have the akasa eclipse aswell, I dont think it would be that crowded, it's long, wide and looks good too.
