Your english is fine, and thank you for giving us all the info.
The system works fine without the X-fi? have you tried the sound card in another computer?
You may just have bad luck, its well known that X-fi's dont like Nforce motherboards :( (Which is why i still have an audigy 4)

without x-fi my pc boot, but not always...sometimes give me the same problem!!
i have just treid x-fi in another pc and it work fine!
so i don't think that is a problem of nf4/x-fi...

actually that does sound like the problem, if it works on another mobo and your mobo works without the card.
Sadly, the two just might not like each other. Have you tried another PCI card to make sure the slots arent damaged?

This could be a variety of issues. Are you overclocking? Have you tried a different power supply? Are the memory settings at default or tweaked?

Also, the former DFI-Street forums have reopened under www.DIY-Street.com. All the old DFI stuff has been saved, so you might be able to do a search and find the fix listed there as well.

It couldn't be an IRQ conflict could it? Did everything work fine before you flashed your BIOS?

Looky looky another X-fi problem thread:laugh:
Firstly verify that the X-fi is working correctly by installing it in a friends system, if it works correctly the problem is most probably related to your motherboard.
I have a feeling that the stand offs between your case and your motherboard are not in place correctly causing a short-circuit. Maybe upon inserting the PCI card pressure is applied downwards making the base of the motherboard touch the metal of the case. Verify those standoffs are in place!

before flash the bios i had the same problem, pc bon't boot...
I don't think that is an IRQ conflict, because i have the same problem without x-fi...but sometimes without x-fi, pc boot really...with x-fi never boot.

Yeah I know, the x-fi comment was a joke. However I do believe It could be a short circuit problem did you check those stand offs like sugguested?
