low DDR bandwidth

Following situation: Have recently upgraded my CPU from celeron d (533mhz fsb) to P4 (800 mhz fsb). The weird thing is that after the upgrade my pc3200 ram bandwidth is decreased cca 700 MB/s (i.e. read value, from 2750 MB/s to 2050 MB/s). I have played a bit with timings in bios but no improvement, read, write and copy values are almost the same whatever I do, the only thing that changes is latency. If I'm not wrong, the bandwidth related values actualy should increase on higher clock-fsb, but here it isn't the case :banghead:
