here are the specs on my machine

CPU: Pentium D 805 @ Stock
MOBO: Asus P5N-E SLI
RAM: 2x512 OCZ Dual Channel Kit pc6400 (4-5-4-15)
CASE: ThermalTake Armor
VIDEO: BFG 7800 GTX @ 490/2.63
PSU: Safepower 465 watt
SOUND: Audigy 4 Pro
COOLING: Arctic Freezer 7 pro w/ arctic silver 5 thermal paste

on my previous setup i had a zalman pure copper 7700cu for cpu cooling, the freezer 7 pro was highly recomomended so i went out and bough it. my motherboard was also replaced the previous one was a asus p5nd2-sli. with this new configureation i cant seem to get the cpu stable at 3.2 ghz( i could get it up to 3.9 before). could my mobo be a bad overclocker? i've tried systool but it doesnt support my mobo so any suggestion?
