Tt Aquabay sensor help

Hello peoples
I just got a Tt aquabay m5 and the sensor isnt really working properly?
what happens is it just beeps and stays blue.
I double check all my connections and everything so any ideas what might be wrong?
I dont get a temperature read =/

yes i have seen that page,
I have also try their solutions but none proved useful, the water sensor keeps flashing, and there is enough coolant which is also the thermaltake coolant.
The Temp. Probe and the water sensor have both been connected.
