It says that memory prices should be dropping up to 20 percent.

Recalling Elpida rival Samsung Electronics' DRAM ASP forecast, Samsung seems to hold a more positive outlook than Elpida, predicting DRAM ASP will only fall by around 10% on quarter. The Korean chipmaker plans to expand its bit growth by 10% on quarter in the same period.
I can't wait for the prices to Drop :rockout:

will it be DDR2 only or both ddr1 and ddr2 price drop?

Corsair has been dropping prices for the past year (ever since I bought mine :banghead: LOL ). 6 months ago 2GB of DDR2-800 4-4-4-12 was over $300, now you can pick it up for around ~$225 - after rebate, wow:

With the XP 3.5 GB limit, I'm not going to race out and buy more sticks though.
