Came across this today. I dont know how anyone could allow or support the decion of a 12 year old to do this?! Surely they must be far far too young to make this sort of decision. Im sure many 12 year old boys play with barbies... dosent mean they need a sex change! Madness!

Exactly. If I was a physician I would have thought a decision like that should be made after puberty. To many kids are gender confused. A large percentage of them (mostly male) think they are women trapped in a mans body and if you hang with a large crowd I'm sure you all know the guy I'm talking about. lol :roll:

I understand when a sex change/correction is needed if a person is born without proper reproductive organs. I just can't understand (anatomically correct) people wanting to change their gender, especially before they have went through their teenage years.

To get back to the "what is the world coming to". I don't know what is on TV in other countries, but here in the USA, the TV network people seem to care less that they are cramming the homosexual agenda down our throats...pun...maybe. Shows like Will & Grace, TV people like Ellen, Rosy, etc, etc, etc. They seem to want to tell us it's OK to be gay. Those kinds of ideas could be embedding themselves in the young impressionable minds and possibly making kids want to change their gender because they believe it is OK.

Anyone can reproduce using unnatural means, whats your point? I dont see taxpayers prepared to fund billion dollar projects for the means of allowing homosexuals to concieve for free or at a low price as part of your Medicare rebate.

i said that before. but my current girlfriend is transgendered. She goes to my university, we have many of the same classes, became friends for a while (not close friends, just more hey whats up? how ya doing, bye. type friends, and maybe ask about class notes and such) over time we became closer friends. we got to the point where we started hanging together with other friends, like going out to movies and other places. After a while we would chat online sometimes or talk on phone, but just as friends. I eventually asked her out, we went out together a couple of times, before it started to get a little more boyfriend/girlfriend serious. eventually she told me before we got too close.

when she told me she was transexual i was pissed. But i really didnt' know wtf to say, its not something you here everyday. I just looked pissed, and walked off. I didn't speak with her for weeks, and since at the time we didn't have any classes together at that time, i pretty much avoided her on campus. I was just really paranoid at the time, wondering what everyone would think, and also what i would think. I didnt want anyone to think i was gay or bi , because i knew i was straight. So i actualy started reading up on the issue, and realized
that she was just a girl. It took alot of sitting down alone thinking, and i ended up feeling like i was an asshole for how i treated her and totally disrespected her after she told me about her past. I figured that i did like her and cared about her before she told me, and even once she told me I didn't have the guts to say anything, so i knew i still had feelings and just needed some serious alone time.

we have been together as boyfriend and girlfriend for about 2 years now.

alot of others i could mention, none of my friends are perfect people, most are the kind of people that if you knew about their pasts or hidden flaws or judged them on their looks you would cross to the other side of the street to avoid them.

hey my ex shaved her head(lice at her job, it was to much work to try and pick out all the nits!!!! thankfully lice dont like me (i have been around 30+ outbreaks at jobs and friends/family and NEVER GOTTEN THEM)i think they are repelled by people who eat alot of garlic :P )
