I click on it. it asks to validate. i validate. they tell me i can download now.. but theres no link. i go back and it still says i have to validate, but the validate process dosent go anywhere!

get the Redist Runtimes not the web installer. No need to validate for the big one.

makes u wonder jus what gets updated in these updated DX9 releases dont it? from testing ive done over the last 12 months with updated dx releases i havent measured any FPS gains, or improved graphics\physicss details etc, nuttin.
