you can just see the pics - the problem I have is that I dont know if my ram is running at 444-12 or 555-15, can anyone tell please.
when I change the ram to 444-12 manually - the mobo fails to post.
I have to reset the cmos and leave it as auto.

by the looks of the pic its running @ 4-4-4-12 m8 ;)
PS: change that 2T to 1T ;)
EDIT: no, actually your running @ 5-5-5-18 (as picture 3, the SPD one, states what your RAM is rated to run at, not the actual speed) Picture 2 shows your 'actual' RAM speed and timings.

how many volts are you putting to them? and can you cange the voltage to the NB cuz thats what I need to do if i cant get it to boot up it to the next voltage

right, I will remember what you've said.
I will leave it as is at the mo - coz I'm changing the mobo to an abit aw9-max either tuesday or weds.
and yes I can change the nb voltage - what dif would that make m8? - also corsair said to run them at 2.0v.
cuz like you say you changed the tim to 4-4-4-12 and it wont boot.
well I really dont know why but when I up the NB volts it would boot when it wont

what 3.2GHz thats what I use when the temps are to high for me, I run most at 3.6GHz i never have it at one speed I have it at 3.5GHz right now :laugh:
