Ok I am up and running seems very fast at stock speeds only problem was the 680i did not like my crucail ballistix 667 ddr2 so I was forced to go get 2 gigs of OCZ dual channle 800 mhz ram bummer huh. ok heres the deal before I fry this one could use anyones help on this board to over clock surely someone here has one and can tell me what some of these new settings are. I swear it was easyer when the 386 was out with 10,000 jumpers:roll:
Its a EVGA 680i with the 6300 2 gigs OCZ pc6400 I ran the intel fan and heat sink because it looks pretty beefy withs its hybred alumi/copper base and silver compound all ready on it
still running the SLI gs 7900's and 4 320 wd's raid 0

Surely the bios will be fairly similar to what your used to? You shouldnt have to fiddle with any jumpers in this day & age ;)
Ive got mine cranked up, but it aint your board!
General rule = Dont cook it with to many volts and watch the temps and fiddle to your hearts content!
That ram you got now will clock like a mad man I bet!

Dont worry about it too much, the poota just wont post after a certain clock rate and before it gets to that level you will get errors in prime95 etc! The FSB will increase with your clock speed as you go, try and keep the ram 1:1 for best functionality! ;)
