the noise has nothing to do with Atitool it come from your fan
Atitool will reduce the sped of the faan but if the fan is noisy there is nothing more it can do without risking damage on your card due to high temps

i think i can fix the fan noise on x850 .. new version in a few mins/hours

With enabled Refresh-Rate-Fix i canīt play NFSU or NFSU2 any more. I get a black blinking screen like switching screen on and off.

Hi, i have Ati Radeon 9800 np, 128 bit, r350. The maximum core/mem frec i could get with the 0.22 atitool was 381/340 and with atitool 0.23 and 0.24 i get artifacts but in games everything seems to be ok. I fixed it by checking the "use old scanning method". What is the difference between the 2 methods? if it is not too much trouble please tell me.

Who knows for certain, whether it is possible to untwist Radeon 9600 Pro from PowerColor, short of memory and percents, I have already untwisted them on full. :rolleyes:

Uninstalled second Beta 3. Cleaned Registry with Mechanic. Rebooted
Pop up said: Video card detected: Startup profile not installed.
Deleted folder in program files. Installed Beta 4- Left clicked Default button
Caused core to set at 324.00 and Mem to set at 309.85

ATI Radeon 9700 Pro / HP Pavilion 724c
AGP Device 0x4E44 Bus: 1 Dev:0
Catalyst Version: 5.1

Refresh Rate Fix is on.

Testing out now but i dont appear to be suffering from any noticable problems
although my gpu temperatures are being reported realy high to real low at times.

beta 5 out
