How many of you still play FarCry at all?

I still havent beaten it. I tend to play it for a while, format my PC and lose my saves.

hey wazzle how do you lie the epox mobo. I have basically the exact same thing but not sli i got the EP-9NPA+ Ultra

Ive had no problems with it, except the PSU connector is in a rather bad place.

The last time I played far cry, I had just blown up some Dome thing, and had been taken aboard some helo. In a crappy cutscene, I was thrown off the helo and fell through the jungle and woke up high above a valley with a M16 and like 10 bullets. I quickly spent my ammo and died, and just stopped playing.

Yeah, I still play every now and then. I beat it once and never really took the time to do it again. Main;y due to how much of a pain the last areas are.

Issent there a guide you guys could use online? I'm currently looking at new games to play.. sucks when you play one than have to start over :(.

nah not anymore. i beat it awhile back. but i was going through some of my older games and was thinking of putting it back on since i havnt played it yet with the 1800xt.

it SOOO bldy hard! ok, so now you all think i suck at gaming, but given that i play most games on either moderate or hard settings, this game is very hard.
i ended up getting god cheats and blasting through it:D
seriously, its the most fun way of playing it! the later levels are fun indeed :p

i still think its anm extremely beautiful game probably the best graphics imo oblivion is god awful beautiful and i know far cry isnt the best but i just like bright pretty colors...i mean thats just me i love ati but nvidia colors are amazing.

i never thought it was difficult. of course i play only on medium because to me gaming is about fun. if i get frustrated by a game because its too hard then im no longer having fun :)

Given how old the game is its still damn beautiful for DX9.

FarCry does have a touch of SS fun as well, not to mention the bright greenish happy sunny glow it has while you are blasting all things great and small into oblivion :D

I played Far Cry on an older system so it wasn't as breathtaking as it should have been and i remember that it was incredibly difficult. Bu i tried it on a friends PC and saw how awesome the graphics could be. So i'm trying to find a copy of it.
