Dump the BIOS using ATI tool then check it in RaBit or RadEdit(BIOS editing programs). if its the string says R360 Hynix DDR 113-A07537-103 BIOS (R360 being the key) its an XT core so your good to flash. In fact if thats the card it IS pretty much an XT as its on the XT PCB and has the temp monitor chip. So after flashing you should have temp monitoring and maybe even Overdrive(if the fan control is present) theres an Article on this site about how to check/enable it

ok ati tool tells me that i have a R350 core.. but i was reading up on my card in forums and someone said that ati tool said that they had a R350 core too.. and that they took the heatsink off to look and they realy had a R360 xt core.. So i did the same thing. And it says that its a R360 core! I dont know which bios to flash it to though.. i tryed flashing it to saphire bios but i got artifacts.. but it doesnt make since. I have a saphire atlantis 9800 pro , 256 DDR2, 256 bit, R360 core.. but it wont let me flash it without getting artifacts..

The 9800xt speeds are at 412/365 but im overclocking my pro to 445/378. Am i getting the wrong bios or what?!
