t200 or Theatre rage

I do have a HIS x1950 pro VIVO 256
Does this have a t200 or a Theatre rage chip.. and does it matter?

No it doesn't, mostly the all-in-wonder cards have it, and tv tuners which use theatre chips.
It doesn't matter, it's for tv tunerz ;)

pretu sure I have the t200, VIVO is the ability to import video.. as apposed to AVIVO whick is not video in! amazing how confused this is! So my VIVO card hopefully will work.. now to testit and see.

is this one yours ? if yes, then I don't see anywhere written theatre 200 chip or anything ??
Maybe you have a tv tuner with that chip, check that :confused:
And, your card is VIVO, but not T200 chip included.

nope mine is the Turbo cooler 3 with the big two way fan assembly.. t200 in the drivers along with some others. I know I could pull the card and the fan, but really do not want to .

I READ all the arti and HIS stuff, very vague!

strange ??? but if you have the chip, you would be able to watch tv on it ?? if not, they're just drivers that come with the cards.

well since it is a VIVO card, I can import and watch whatever, not really the ?..
the ? is is there a difference between these two chips?

T200 is a totally different piece of hardware. The X1950PRO VIVO has AVIVO and its not to be confused with the TV card T200 (which is pretty neat considering it makes everything look a heck of a lot real). Rage theatre is just a de-interlacing chip which provides AVIVO T_T.

You can use both at once so WTF?

ok, so I have the x 1950turbo pro VIVO,
so don't sas me, I just thought both chips where CAPTURE chips.. avivo is a total different animal than Vivo
