ram timeing but not cas settings ? ddr1

i have 2 setting an i dont know what they ar [theas ar in my bios]

1 reads [read preamble value] 2.5ns to 9.5ns i can run it at 5.5ns

2 reads [async latency value] 1ns to 15ns i can run it at 5ns

my ram has ram sinks on them an ram volt is 2.8v ddr1
