Hi,
I have 1 problem, my windows clocks are constantly late and the less often I correct them, the more late they are.
I have GA-K8N Ultra-SLI mobo, its my 3rd pc, its the oldest and the buggiest thing ever!:banghead:
Could it be the battery? Its there for about 2 years already.

I'd start with replacing that...and when you do reset your bios and go thorugh and manually set everything again. Also there should be an option in Windows to auto update your time, select that and make sure you're set for the right timezone, otherwise it will modify times.

Well give some of these things a try...if you haven't tried anything we've offered..it's harder to diagnose with no answer to questions we ask, and suggestions we make with no valid answer to move on to a solution based upon that answer and the suggestion's affect on anything within the specific problem.
Please try the following:
-Verify Windows auto clock update is on...and correct timezone is set...just make sure, and if you did, let us know.
-Turn off, disconnect power from PC..set jumper for bios on reset, remove the CMOS battery for 30 seconds, set jumper to normal..reinstall or replace CMOS battery (common watch battery..CR2032 I believe).
What are the results from those two? Answering that will better help us assist you in your issue. Hope it helps!

I think your battery is dead. Try replacing that.
