Help on converting RealPlayer video to MPEG or AVI please

Hi,
Im trying to convert a realplayer file to MPEG or AVI but cant seem to find the right tool. Ive tried EO Video but it doesnt seem to find the file!? any help would be great ;)

First you need the right codec, IE install realplayer so you can play the file.
After that you'll have to find the right tool to convert, most tools either don't support it or just suck :) Personally I like rad video tools for all basic converting, it works with realmedia just fine.
