Question. Why can't i change my pics in the casemod gallery?
If i try to change them the old opictures come up again afterwards.

no we are saying, your new images are probably there. But you visited the page, and instead of loading the new images it just loaded your cache from the last time you looked at your case gallery.

So the page you are looking at could be like 5 days old, depending on how often you clear your cache. Clear your cache and reload the page by refreshing, as casheti said.
