and this memory

Any known issues with these two?
the mobo is a asus mid-budget so you will have a sh^tload of probs and a crappy support
take a look at this:

I might, don't think i will need to though; I'm planning on getting the X2 6000+
I would say that ASUS board would be a good one. I have 3 low/mid budget ASUS A8N5X's here. Never had a problem with either of them. I would buy that ASUS.
Out of the 4 pt listed, the only 2 I would even consider is the Abit and the Sapphire. That Sapphire is pretty freaking good looking with the white pcb. That DFI board looks gross imo. It looks like a old Intel board IMO.
ASUS is a tier 1 mfg. I know Sapphire is the noob at making motherboards, but I trust them and would buy it if I was going the ATi route.

waste of money if you ask me, if you're going to spend that much just go c2d, if not get a x2 3600+ 65nm and overclock

why not the foxconn?
the dfi looks ugly but still kicks ass
look for reviews

I would go ASUS as well, next choice would be the ABIT.
DFI boards suck something awful, you shouldn't have to replace your bios chip just to get it to work.
Sapphire makes good video cards (they also manufacture ATI brand video cards as well), but they don't make the best motherboards.
That Foxcon and that DFI have active nb coolers. My A8N5X had the same. First thing I did was pulled off those pos fans and put on some nice passive Coolermaster chunks of alumnium. They are silent and work great...............until you try and put a long video card in your pci-e16x slot and find out that it wont fit as the nb cooler is to tall and in the way. So then what do you do? I was lucky and fit the ASUS heatpipe on my board. I would not want to buy a board with active nb cooling that will need to be replaced. Stock passive cooling is a big plus in my book.

Well, first off, let me say that I am NOT getting a Core 2, no matter what the benches or whatever say. Second, the DFI I have now works great, but it does get a little hot with the tiny fan on it. I'm considering the ASUS or the ABIT.
That Foxconn looks great, but is out of my budget :(

there are coolers on the market that can run fanless, and this one you can even put it in the way you would be able to use sli or cf
