Can i flash my Sapphire 9800 Pro 128mb 128BIT to a Sapphire 9800 XT? I can reach the normal clock speeds of the 9800 XT...

Nope that would be a mess as you are only 128Bit and XTs are 256 cant widen a Pipe that isnt there.I mean you could try it but be prepared with your original BIOS and a PCI card but Im am 95% sure you wont have much success

Nope, just overclock it and hope for the best.
There is a slight chance modding the XTbios to 128bit with RaBit would work, but you'll most probably get checkerboards on the screen. (ever try working in dos when you can't see what you're doing? Not fun.) You can always try though, but as INSTG8R suggested, have a pci card and bios backup on hand.

Your 128 bit wont have a temp sensor, so it wont work.
