Connecting Koolance sensors

I have a PC4-1000 series cooling system. I bought pc from someone and I have had to replace MB. In this process the flat sensors were taken off. I cannot find anything in manual and on Koolance site all I know is that it can harm sensor if not connected correctly. Does anyone know how these things are to be properly installed? I have 3 sensors, CPU, HD, and PCIE card. Thanks

I found a double sided black strip while going through my boxes. I know that they make a metallic tape, but is this strip what originally came with Koolance case? It is about an inch wide, black with clear protective strips. Sticky and can be torn or disfigured easily.
