KWorld PlusTV HD - TV Tuner card - Help needed.

Got this last saturday. Trying to get the HD channels tuned and couldn't get it properly tuned.

It has inputs for Analog and Digital. Tried both but no luck. Tried with COX basic cable and tried with indoor Antenna. When I try through cable it picked up lots of HD channels but says all are locked. I know few that are not locked, because my HD TV (Sony) picks it up. I don't have a cable box. I am just looking for local HD channels.

From the reviews on Newegg people say that it picks up unencrypted HD channels even from Basic cable.

May be I am doing something wrong.

Need some help. Much appreciated.

Think I fixed it.

1. The First card was bad. Got another card worked, but
2. Cannot use splitter which says 5-900mhz. Connected directly to the cable, the second card worked.
3. Should use Splitter rated for 5-1000mhz. I am going to try that one.
4. Analog Cable tuner is what tunes Digital cable also. Also use this to tune HD channels from Basic Cable. Got 4 local channels.
5. Digital/ATSC tuner should be used for Antenna. Got about 10 Local HD channels.
