Hi there, i've been looking into buying new ram for a while now, and i've been finding it pretty confusing, i've looked at a lot of sites and just when i think i've covered it, somthing else pops up, so i would just like to know how i can see if these ram would work on my computer:

I read a review on it and it sais your computer would need CAS5 to run it well, and i've no clue what that is, it also said it is built to work on a ati chipset, which im not sure if i have either, if you could help me check these things out, would be great :) im also interested in a new ati graphics card, but im sure it comes under the same things as these.
