Well it's all most all here:toast: Time to start putting everything together!!

The box is very sexy

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0297299.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0297.jpg)

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0299044.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0299.jpg)
WOW it has two manuals but one of them is in full color that is impressive to me.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0302704.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0302.jpg)
Now I have know idea on what the mini heatsinks are for yet.(Edit: It seems the mini heatsinks are to hold wires in place on the motherboard)

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0304378.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0304.jpg)
The boards layout seems good. The only problem I might see is with the 3ed party chipset cooler.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0305420.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0305.jpg)
Lot's of audio options on this board. This would be a big plus for people that do not use sound cards.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0309032.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0309.jpg)
The memory looks a lot better than I thought it would. I just how it runs as good as it looks.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0306277.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0306.jpg)

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0311091.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0311.jpg)

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0312544.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0312.jpg)

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0313998.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0313.jpg)

http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0314934.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0314.jpg)

This is way smaller than I thought it would be.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0315058.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0315.jpg)
Basic none LED fans.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0316413.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0316.jpg)
The is the water gage and alarm for if the water level gets to low.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0317464125.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0317464.jpg)

Very basic in design. They could of added something that wold spin but it has a floater that should do the job.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0318854.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0318.jpg)

The block is a lot thinker than I would of thought it to be. It might even work better with a custom water cool kit, but it is still unknown to me on how it will work on this set up.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0321060.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0321.jpg)

Bottom view of the block.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0319273.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070517/100_0319.jpg)

Top view of the block. Now you are supposed to be able to mount a 80mm fan on top of this.
I am going to mount two of them stacked.

Nice, but yes please use smaller images or thumbs. The code for thumbs if anyone is interested is like this...

Replace { } with [ ]

This motherboard is bad ass

Leds for every working part. Helps you know what is wrong if something is wrong.
Leds for the memory so you know how full it is.
It has a built in power on and off switches on the board.

All the lights on the motherboard says its ok the CPU, Mem, and video.....

Then comes the ocing. That will be limited because of the stick of memory that died......

The cable wrapping and cable length is pertty good with this product.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20014547.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20014.jpg)
I forgot about the southbridge, but I could order another one of these very quickly. But I have another problem on which I have been fearing from the beginning of this project.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20021.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20021918.jpg)
The X1950XTX is just to big with its stock cooler. Unless I went with a different cooling method, its just not going to work out.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20022359.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20022.jpg)
As you can see it's blocking the airflow to the video card which is highly needed.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20026060.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20026.jpg)
So I decided to go ahead and clean off the thermal paste glue that was on the stock cooler originally.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20039663.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20039.jpg)
I cleaned on this for 20 minutes before I finaly gave up on a shiny perfect finish. Getting it off the chipsets seemed much easier.
http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20028.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20028405.jpg)
Because the chips are so small I went and found a sandwich bag to keep the natural oils from my hands off of the chips. Also this helped me spread out the artic silver 5 to a nice thin thin layer ontop of them.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20045631.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20045.jpg)
Nice thin thin thin layer of Arctic Silver 5 on both chips.

http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20046216.jpg (http://img.techpowerup.org/070520/Picture%20046.jpg)
Tomorrow my plan is to sand off the lettering and paint off the top of the origanl chipset cooler. Then drill some mounting holes for the 3ed party cooler and put it in place here.

thats decent then...

make sure your radiator is getting the coolest air possible.

also, make sure you use macros mode on the camera for up close shots.

On the chip set cooler, have you tried taking off the fan and useing the video card fan to pull the air though the vents of the chip set cooler.

DaMulta

Nope. My plan now is to get another chipset cooler for the SB and put a new heatsink on the videocard so everything will fit.

Sexy, the mobo is awesome looking (would be better if that heatsink was green!) and the WC kit is quite nice too.
:D Gratz!
