I have an x800pro VIVO modded to an x800XT PE..... the memory chips on my card are the 1.6ns ones so it means they are designed to hit 600mhz. I've only been able to get it as fast as 575mhz before artifacts start popping up in ATItool. Now, NVidia cards with the same memory chips have been known to hit 650mhz and that is only because ATI likes to use much tighter memory timings whereas Nvidia is focused more on bandwidth. Does anybody have any recommendations of how to successfuly lower the proper mem timings in ATI tool so that these frequencies are attainable. I don't just want to do it myself using trial and error because there are way too many timing selections that can be change.

two things for u
1: ati has this timings because they cores run best with it
2: when u have higher clock but lower timings it should be that ure is slower than before
but maybe u can try 850 bios dont know really

How did you manage to hit a 600mhz core speed?...a voltmod possibly or just plan luck. I have an ATI silencer 4(with AS5) and my core hits about 530mhz max.
