ATI Tool 023 Misreading?

I have GeCube R9550 XT with 398.25/249.5 as default :) . When I used ATI Tool v.020 it read just correct also in radlinker, but problem occur when i installed atitool v.023. It read 300.9/176.5 as the default but not in radlinker and PC Wizard 2005 they both recognize the card clocks very well. Any info?
One more question I have MSI RX9550 TD128 (only cooper heatsink with no fan) with samsung chips (5.0ns if i'm not wrong), can I flash the bios with 9600 pro? anyone ever tried it? :rolleyes:

is it okay to flash the rx9550 bios with 9600 pro (there is no 9600 non pro for msi)?
what about the temp? am i have to change the heatsink? fyi, it arround 49-55'C when i'm OCed it similar to 9600NP (i figured it out by comparing the processor hsf and the vga sink by hand) theres no problem with the memory since i put a ramsink on the upper side. when i touched the ramsink it's a lil hot but not the ram on the other side (the ram putted doble sided with same positions), only the ramsinks lil hot.

i dunno if this has to do with this issue, i have a PowerColor R9550 256Mb/128Bits 250core/200mem with Samsung 5n Mems, using ATITool 0.23/0.22 :

What could be wrong i've tried Catalyst Originals, Omegadrivers and softmod (all 5.4) and got the same results, or i need to flash the bios before?

If is not much asking for another advice... would you recomend to flash it for getting the 9600 mod?
i've been looking for a BIOS that somehow matches the actual memory (256Mb Samsung 5n) but only 128Mb BIOS ara available, if i flash it with one of those it would keep the 256Mb? :confused:

a 128mb bios on a 256mb card will either not work or give you 128mb

I have the Powercolor 9550 with 256 MB Samsung 5.0 ns RAM as well. I do not get the errors you are describing with ATITool 0.0.23. Here is what my logfile says:

Hey, I'm currently using the 0.24 beta 10, and it seems this bug isn't in the new beta verson, but whenever I used 0.23 it dedects my x850xt as if it only has 8 pipelines, everything else (and the 0.24 beta 10) reads it as 16 pipelines so I know its not my card thats broken, just thought I'd like to mention it if anyone else has a x850xt and reads that atitool only detects 8 pipelines not to worry, all your pipelines are there.
