Maybe try looking here (http://www.overclockers.co.uk/acatalog/Complete_Kits.html)...but the prices aren't in euro's. I don't know of any real good ones for socket A.

Also if you are not looking for a really high performing system, the thermaltake bigwater is a decent system. about £60-70(GBP).

yopu can also go for a Zalman Reserator 1 totally fanless, it is an external cooer though so you need to keep that in mind.

The Tt Big-Water system is easy to setup, with really no possibilitiy of a leak with the way they lock the tubes. This was my first venture into watercooling, and this was a piece of cake, and works really well. Keeps my CPU down in the 40s overclocked 600Mhz with no issues at all. Also really dropped the temps of my Video Card, so I am completly happy it. Pics link in my sig. I know its not the best performing system out there, but it does do the job. I have read within 2-4 degrees of high-performance systems from online reviews. Just google it to find them.

They are kind of pricy though, but very nice. But if you want a totly silent one your going to pay for it. Its going to be hard to find a small quite one but effective for the setup your talking about I think. Your going to have to have some noise.

gezz,
get some tygon, a pump (mcp650 or 350..depending on size of tube.. ) get a heatercore from some old car (clean it out and maybe get someone to cut and fit it into your case, with a nice fan. get the waterblocks u need from almost anywere.. i like dangerden.com i think they ship to that part of the world. (get a tdx ..not rbx (rbx has 3 plugs..making it harder for hose managment)
i donno..am i missing anything?
