If the price stays this low, I think I might have to get these. What you guys think?

Get this it's cheaper without the rebate and just as good mine will do as high as DDR 1200 but for everyday use since it has micron d9 will do DDR 1188 at 3.5v http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231065

Thanks for your reference, but I just want to know if the RAM is worth the price.

No it's not the other ram is better and with those ramsinks you will find compatibilty issues with larger heatsinks unless you watercool. They are good chips and are micron d9 chip like the ones I posted but might cause trouble with your zalman. If you water cool I would say buy them.

Better yet, go for some "Made in the USA" Patriot Extreme Performance 2GB Kit ( 2 x 1GB ) PC2-6400 800MHz PC2-6400 DDR2 Memory, Timing 4-4-4-12, Lifetime Warranty @ $114.99 (http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Patriot-Extreme-2GB-2-x-1GB-PC2-6400-800MHz-DDR2_W0QQitemZ160124206545QQihZ006QQcategoryZ74942 QQcmdZViewItem). Proven memory thats every bit as good as anything G.Skill makes. This is the same company I go through to get my Crucial Ballistix & Ballistix Tracer memory so I can definitely vouche for them!
Newegg has that CAS 5-5-5-12 Kit (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220174) of these for the same price with a $40 USD Mail in Rebate so they are only $74.99 after MIR.

That RAM is good as well.
However, the Patriot RAM does not use Micron D9 modules anymore.
When they did the reviews for this RAM, they used nothing but Micron D9 chips, but now they are Epilida.
The G Skill is a better buy and higher quality since they do use Micron D9 chips.
Also, other good brands that use the Micron D9 chips are the Buffalo Firestix and the Crucial Ballistix.
Take a look at the Ballistix since I know they are below or near $100 for 2GB of DDR2-800 or DDR2-1066 RAM after rebate from the egg I believe.
The OCZ RAM you linked is not worth the price.
You are only paying more for the heatspreaders, like with most OCZ RAM (some OCZ RAM does use Micron D9s, but the ones with higher freq.).
The chips on those are either PROMOS or Epilida.
Not as good as any of the brands listed above.

If you say so I'm not sure it's better and the Gskills also has a lifetime warranty aswell and will bench as high as DDR 1200 55515t2. Several people on this forum have them.

The difference between 5-5-5-15 and 4-4-4-12 is very little.
Plus they are the exact same modules.
Just one has tighter timings than the other.
However, the Patriot memory you listed will not OC as high as the G Skill (listed above), the Buffalo Firestix and the Crucial Ballistix bc these use Micron D9 chips.
All three of these sticks can do 3-3-3-9 at DDR2-800 while the Patriot maxes out at 4-4-4-12 at DDR2-800. Also, these can OC well beyond DDR2-1066 while the Patriot maxes out around DDR2-900.
The OCZ has similar performance to the Patriot (maybe a little less).
But dont forget this.
Please note that RAM options should be chosen differently for different platforms in order to optimize performance.
An Intel platform will benefit more with higher frequencies and looser timings. For example DDR2-1000 5-5-5-15 will be better than DDR2-800 3-3-3-9.
However, an AMD platform will benefit from tighter timings and lower freq. For example DDR2-800 3-3-3-9will be better than DDR2-1000 5-5-5-15.
Its all here in my thread under the RAM section.

Just as an FYI....
Most (if not all) RAM companies offer a lifetime warranty, if you do not OC the RAM.
So that should not be a selling point.
But the OCability of the RAM should be :)
