I just downloaded and installed this utility and it says in the readme that it works with X2 CPUs only, i have an FX. I tried to run it but nothing is happening, actually it automatically added to startup so i think its already running but i cant open it. I'm also using Cool n' queit as well. Am i doing something wrong or it just doesnt work with my CPU?

No, just let it run. It starts at every startup.
