Liquid Cooling

So, for my next build I’ve been throwing around the idea of using a liquid cooling system, because I plan on over clocking. The problem is that I have never done liquid cooling and don’t know anyone that has. Could anyone suggest any guides or help me understand the basics? Also in relation to liquid cooling, I’ve heard if you want to move the case any serious distance it is wise to empty the lines and reservoir anyone shed some light on this for me?
