I like all of the ATi TV cards. And no that's not being biased I have owned about 5 different ones from different companies.

The ATi ones come with the best soft IMO.

They used to make a USB one. I don't know if they still do.

Newegg or the normal places. Maybe even Ebay.

newegg has about the best deals and prices. You could try zipzoomfly as well.

ATI would probably be the best to get. ATI seems to offer the best image quality.

The reviews on newegg for what randommurder put up are a little iffy on the quality of that usb tuner though.

All they do is make T/v cards. I have owned one in the past and I liked it.
The soft they have is pretty good.

The only reason I replaced the one that I had was because it didn't like to be installed after my Video card.

So the only way I could get it to work was by installing a fresh XP then installing the TV card, and finally the video card.

BUT
That was when XP was first released there still was a lot of bugs with a lot of companies moving from 98 to XP and major problems with all companies with TV cards.

I would try this one.
