Hey Athlon, is 4.1GHz all that processors got? ;)

4ghz?

That thing should be doing 5 or 6ghz.. honestly.. o.O

I saw someone doing 3.6 using an SLK on a northwood based celeron back when the 1700+ was still hot stuff.

Celerons take off like rockets clockspeed wise.

They do take off like rockets clock speed wise, but tend to start to fizzle after the 4GHz mark, especially on air. After 4GHz they require a lot of voltage and being netburst processor they get very very hot. 4.12GHz is damn good for the stock cooler.

Tell me, w/ the netburst archetecture, can you cook eggs & bacon on that thing?

i would attempt to go higher if the motherboard had voltage controls, and im not to sure about voltmodding a 775 cpu...although that may be in the future..so what you see is on stock voltage which is 1.36 i believe..the temps arent to bad 31c idle and around 43c load..

Athlon, you traitor =D. The case needs some work, pant for one, and the hole should be covered with a grill, it would look way better. The wiring is great although., and also, welcome back
