So anyway, it occured to me - the case mod gallery here might show off peoples sytems innards, occasionally we see a desk or two - but we rarely see the entire (often messy) surroundings!
My brother (Rampage, he's on these forums at times) came up to visit and commented on my 'workspace' so i thought i'd grab a pic and see what setups you other people are running!
Starting from the left:
System 1: Torrent/netbox (My web surfing machine)
Primary monitor, 19" samsung 940n - main screen i use for daily stuff
Secondary monitor
Benq 17" LCD - used for when 19" just isnt enough (mostly for watching HDTV on while lurking on TPU)
Second system
Conroe (my gaming system)
19" dell POS screen - i use this for running a VMware XP install, and as a secondary monitor in supreme commander. This screen gets taken off whenever i'm testing a PC, since its the least used of all my screens.
Main screen - 22" Chimei, widescreen movies and gaming, end story :)
Behind the screens is my 5.1 sound system (Logitech X-530) and you can see the various essentials (joystick, gamepad, webcam, phone) for all my daily needs!
Ok i'm done, post pics and describe your setups! I'm curious as to how you TPU'ers do things :)

My room is usually a little bit messy, and my desk can usually be filled with hundreds of things, but that's a picture of how it is right this instance.
It's pretty easy to identify everything, but the computer, bottom left, was my old server. I've played around with it, but done nothing with it for a while now. Two hard drives on the desk and the CD case were for backups I was doing recently.
I usually have sticky notes on my monitor, better than any program to emulate them IMO.
The speakers are currently unused, the headphones are better for blocking out annoying everyday noises, computer fans, router's high-pitched WiFi signal sound, mum talking/complaining, etc.

whats that?Keyboard, Video, Mouse switch. Allows you to use multiple computers with just one mouse, keyboard, monitor setup. Some also allow audio switching. Dual head is in reference to KVMs that support a dual monitor setup.

I was actually going to suggest that actual thing, but I didnt know what it was called or if it could support more than two monitors. I remember visiting this 80 year old relative of mine and he was using one to use two different systems on one screen.

Unfortunately, ones that support DVI and USB devices are rare/expensive - most use virtual devices, so the thumb buttons on the MX518's dont work - even the button on the scroll wheel doesnt with the ones i've tried.
and dont worry, i still have my other 3 systems... King of the geeks!

I just picked up a skt 370 w/ VIA Apollo chipset mobo and celly 733 for free. Can't wait to start messing with. Gonna make it my *nix box. Thinking about picking up a 1Ghz PIII for $15 on eBay for it, and a better hsf, so I can clock it. lol

I used to have blinds, but the sun rises at my side of the house so I just ended up sleeping in everyday.
I wish every case company made green cases. I suck at case painting.
