Well I sold a cpu about 2 months ago to a lad, and he screwed up the payment for it twice and had to wait a week to get the money back from his bank, I think he sent it to the wrong BSB or something.

So anyways, he rings me up and asks if he can pay a deposit to me coz he hasn't got enough cash till payday and I agree, he sounds ok on the phone and an honest mistake, so he gives me a deposit thru paypal.

Anyways I send it off to him express post so he can have it by the weekend. doing him all kinds of favours, even took an hour off work in the morning so I could get it to him first thing.

He rings me up 2 days later and tells me it doesn't work???? the cpu was only about 6 weeks old and worked fine when I took it out. Anyway. He tells me he is going to try it in a mates system, np I say. 1 week goes by, no word so I ring him again and he tells me it didn't work in there either.

Now my auction says no refunds, but being a nice bloke I offer him a full refund of his deposit if he sends it back express to I can get a new one if needed or resell on ebay. No worries he says....

Then nothing.... I have been ringing him for around 6 weeks now and no answer, then finally today He answers, tells me to fuck off and I am a wanker etc etc... before I even get the chance to ask him WTF is going on...

Now I have his email, his address, his home ph, his mobile..... how can I fuck him over...

He lives about 4000 km's away so I can;t go there myself....

I am pissed because I went way out of my way for him, and he does this to me... then the gutless little shit won't even answer the phone....

throw some nice ideas at me... I might ring the cops too and see what they can do.

Simple really, go speak to your lawyer or if you have not got one whatever the Oz equivilent of the "citizens advice" is, a lawyers letter is not normally too exspensive, the lawyer writes to him, sends it recorded and basically says that if he does not return the chip within 14 days (and mentions the deposit will not be returned to help cover the cost of the lawyers letter) that you will be taking "small claims" action. I am assuming since your judiciary system is supposed to be similar to ours (based on the fact the it was ours 100 years ago :D) that you have such things as small claims courts? very cheap to make a claim but usually the letter is enuff to sort the issue out....if thats fails.....burn him whilst he is asleep.

Get a program called Mask my IP and start sending him viruses. I've NEVER done that before(or have I?;)). Send him all you want. Even if he notifies the cops they wouldn't be able to find you anyway. They'll get someone thousands of miles away from you and most probably in a different country IF the ip adress really exists<-1 in a million.
