I've looked in BIOS and all I can see is ASUS Q Fan, which you can set to auto, optimal, or performance. I put all my fans on performance but I doubt they're running at max.
I've tried SpeedFan and that doesn't work either. Any suggestions?

(That is my idle temp on on a good day, sometimes it can reach 55*C+ )

max fan speed or no, how fast do you want them to go? All your temps look fine to me.
What is the temp of the room your in?

My Asus set on Auto runs my fans at 100%. Performance runs my case fans at 60% and my CPU fan progressively from ~40%-~90% depending on CPU temp. Optimal is about 45% for case and ~40% for CPU.

My room temp is 27*C. And yea I want the fans to be full whack 100% max.

Well if you don't believe your MB is running them at 100%, your next best bet will be a fan controller. But I think at Auto they are at 100%, as every board I've had in the last few years was like that with any form of fan control, auto=full speed. But maybe that was just the boards I chose. I dunno.
Research your fans to check and see what their max RPM's are, CFM etc, they may be maxed out and you just may be dissapointed. :toast:
