As stated in the title, Steam will not download content, saying that its servers are too busy to handle your request, it has been going on for a month now, and I'm starting to get upset.

Any help would be appreciated. :toast:

what do you mean by content? i've just started downloading a demo and it's going fine for me.

Games, HL2 Ep1, CS:S etc.

But I DID download HL2, HL2 DM, and Gmod, so its not my account.

Have you tried logging in and out of steam.
That usually fixes a few problems.

There is a huge STEAM update coming out soon and the STEAM network hasnt been the greatest as of late.

granted it is a lot more stable then the early versions of steam

I dont know the exact date, but it has a lot of new features.
They are trying to make STEAM more user friendly and less buggy
