Can I upgrade anything else?

I'm caught between the devil and th deep blue see, and I was wondering what y'alls opinions are. I don't know whether or not I shoud do any more upgrades to my current rig. I was thinking of upgrading to liquid cooling, but that wouldn't give me much of performance boost even if i OC'd my P4 past 4GHz. Would I be better off building a whole new rig, or just upgrading the basic 3 (Mobo, PC, Memory)? I was looking at something along the lines of a E6420, with an AB9 Quad GT. I can't decided on memory, but will probably go with DDR2 1066. Any ideas?

I wouldnt bother upgrading your current system anymore. You should just save your cash and build a Core2Duo setup, btw the E6420 is very good, I have one ;)
