Crysis Video - Old but informative - Check it out

Found this while drooling over more crysis vids.

During the vid the Jason Ocampo (Gamespot Editor) asks Cevat Yeru (CEO Crytek) how well the game will run on the 8800 GPU and also on older PCs.

What I thought was interesting was Cevat says that a PC that could run Far Cry on High 3 years ago would run Crysis on Minimum upon release , although he doesn't state which resolution the so called PC was running at.

Now what I want to know is what specs would a PC have had 3 years to run Far Cry on High ??? and at what Res ???

I wonder how much truth is in what he said about it running though ... maybe @ 800x600 on minimum.

Crysis just wouldn't be Crysis if it aint played maxed out on a kick ass PC with all the "pants-tent post-popping" goodies turned on.

I just hope a flippen DEMO is released soon or i might just have to catch a pain to the Crytek HQ with my trusty 4GB flash drive and "Acquire" something. LOL
